What Should I Have Ready?
Jot down the address, a guess at the tree's height, and how close it grows to the house, the fence or the neighbour's lot. A couple of photos taken from different sides are useful too. If a tower, fence or wires are close by, mention that as well.
What Happens Once I Reach Out?
Expect a reply by phone or email with a couple of open times for the site visit. At the visit, an arborist goes over the tree with you on site and leaves a written estimate. If you agree to it, we book the work at a date that suits you.
What About A Tree Tangled In Power Lines?
A tree resting on a wire can be live, so keep at least a full tree length away. Call Toronto Hydro first, since only their crews can make the line safe. Once the power is off or the line is clear, we can take care of the tree and the cleanup.
